Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our location in the United States. This ensures faster delivery times for our U.S. customers and eliminates international customs delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the selected shipping method, and the weight of your order.
Multiple delivery options are available, including Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Velora Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs clearance (if applicable). If your package is lost, please contact us at contact@veloradesigns.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
